STUDI TENTANG PELAKSANAAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA DEPARTEMEN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE DI HOTEL INNA DHARMA DELI MEDAN.

Abstrak

Studi Tentang Pelaksanaan  Pelatihan Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Departemen Food And Beverage Service di Hotel Inna Dharma Deli Medan. Proyek Akhir. Program Studi Administrasi Hotel. 2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan tentang pengaruh pelaksanaan pelatihan terhadap kualitas pelayanan di departemen food and beverage service di Hotel Inna Dharma Deli Medan. Metode penelitian  yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan dengan pendekatan  kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi dua aspek yaitu karyawan hotel pada bagian food and beverage service dan juga tamu yang berkunjung ke restauran. Dimana populasi pertama yaitu seluruh karyawan Hotel Inna Dharma Deli pada departemen food and beverage service yang berjumlah 15, dan untuk jumlah sampel yang diambil sama dengan jumlah populasi karena sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan tehnik random sampling jenuh/Sensus.Untuk populasi kedua yaitu tamu yang berkunjung ke restoran di inna dharma deli, jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 25 orang dimana dengan menggunakan tehnik simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan anggota sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi itu. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner,  wawancara untuk data pendukung saja, dan juga pencatatan dokumen, kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan dengan analisis statistik atau SPSS 16. Hasil analisis data yang penulis temukan menunjukkan, adanya pengaruh pelaksanaan pelatihan terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada departemen food and beverage service di Inna Dharma Deli Medan

Study on The Implementation of Training Toward Quality of Services in Food and Beverage Department at Inna Dharma Deli Hotel Medan. Final Project. Study of Hotel Administration Program. 2016. This study aimed to get findings about the effect of the implementation of training toward quality of service in department of food and beverage service at the Hotel Inna Dharma Deli Medan. The research method used are descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this research include are two population that hotel employees in the food and beverage service and also the guests who visit the restaurant. Where the first population that all employees Inna Dharma Deli in the department of food and beverage service totaling 15 people, and for the same number of samples taken by the population because the sample was taken by using random sampling techniques saturate/Census. For the second population that guests who visit the restaurant in inna dharma deli, the number of samples used are 25 people where by using simple random sampling technique that is making members of the sample of the population was randomly without regard to strata that exist in this population. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews for supporting data only, and also recording the document, then the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis 16. The results of data analysis the authors found indicates, the influence of the implementation of training toward quality of  service in the department of food and beverage service at the Inna Dharma Deli Medan.
